Refund Policy

Due to the highly sensitive and immediate nature of the digital intelligence and consulting services provided by Vivahaprasthanam, we operate under a strict, conditional refund policy.

1. Digital Goods and Psychometric Reports

Any tier that provides immediate access to proprietary digital assets (such as the Diagnostic Blueprint) or deploys the Bilateral Isolation Shield to a prospect is considered fully rendered upon delivery. These specific services are strictly non-refundable due to the irrevocable transfer of digital intelligence.

2. Consultation and Advisory Services

For services involving scheduled human intervention or clinical reviews, you may request a full refund if you cancel your booking at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled consultation. If you attend the consultation, or fail to cancel within the required window, the fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether the match proceeds or is terminated.

3. Bespoke Concierge Contracts

Refund policies for our bespoke, high-touch matchmaking networks are governed by a separate, physical private contract signed during onboarding. Please refer to your specific service agreement for exact termination and refund clauses.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you believe there has been a technical error or unauthorized charge, please contact our Helpdesk via your Private Vault or email support@vivahaprasthanam.com within 7 days of the transaction.
